Remote location, away from traffic noise. Nature surroundings with great views. Owner provides pick-up and luggage assistance. Ecological vegetable and fruit fields. Excellent food, picky eater approved. Friendly and enthusiastic owner. Homely atmosphere. Comfy beds with mosquito nets. Opportunity to meet other travelers. Peaceful, perfect end of the road location.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the location was ideal, surrounded by lush vegetation and close to beautiful beaches. We loved being able to easily explore the surrounding area and take in the natural beauty.
The lack of clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. Google maps was a bit off, and we ended up having to walk for about 15-20 minutes up a mountain and cross a stream by foot or by a bridge to reach the hotel.

We got excellent value for our money at this amazing hotel. The room was cozy, clean, and had a great view of the surrounding nature. The location was perfect, away from the main road and traffic noise, allowing us to fully relax. The staff, especially Don Javier, treated us with so much warmth and hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from picking us up and accompanying us to the cabana, to providing us with delicious meals made from their own home-grown vegetables and fruits. It felt like being in a peaceful paradise surrounded by nature and reminded us of our grandparents' way of living.
The morning meal could have been improved with more variety or options.

The location of this hotel is quite secluded, tucked away in the jungle, and can be a challenge to find. Although the walk to the hotel is worth it for the beautiful surroundings, it may be difficult carrying heavy backpacks.
One negative aspect mentioned by guests is the difficulty in reaching the hotel with heavy backpacks, as there is no car or bike access.

This place is an absolute paradise! The location is mind-blowing, nestled in the heart of nature with stunning views and tucans flying by. The family who runs the place gave us the warmest welcome and made us feel right at home. They grow their own fresh fruits, veggies, and herbs which are featured in the super tasty food prepared by Ingris. Even when I wasn't feeling well, they took great care of me with fresh herbal tea and specially tailored meals. Javier, the host, is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and helped us plan our day trips, including the nearby Tayrona Park and relaxing beach trips. There's so much more to say, but I just want to say a huge thank you to Javier and Ingris for everything. Can't wait to come back again!
